It's design season here at Contented Comfort! Planning for 2017's nine new permanent fragrances began before New Year's Day, but production never begins before the end of April. Well, it's here. Manufacturing began last week, and today I'm pleased to introduce two of our upcoming fragrances.
First up is Symmetry, a deep yet smooth blend of sandalwood, patchouli, soft cotton, coconut milk, amber, myrrh, sage, clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg inspired by Death the Kid from Soul Eater.
The bars are glycerin with inserts made of goat milk soap. The vibrant black and amber are achieved with mineral oxide powders, and like all of our other bath and body products, they are free of detergents, dyes, parabens, and phthalates.
Symmetry will also be available in solid perfume.
Next up is Scary Cute, a sugary blend of sweet strawberry, vanilla bean, chocolate, ginger, tonka bean, cedar wood, sandalwood, lemon, petitgrain, leather, amber, and cashmere musk. The scent and design was inspired by Mitsukuni "Honey" Haninozuka from Ouran High School Host Club, known for being equally cute and terrifying.
The bars are made of goat milk soap with glycerin accents colored with mineral oxide powders. Like all of our bath and body products, they are free of phthalates, parabens, dyes, and detergents to be as gentle as possible.
This is another scent that will be available as solid perfume.
Both fragrances will become available Saturday, June 10, when all nine of 2017's new permanent fragrances are launched.
